Old Barn Touring Park
Dogs are welcome at Old Barn Touring Park for our camping pitches and selected camping Pods. We allow no more than 2 dogs per pitch or Pod and ask that dogs be kept on leads around the park. Off lead walking can be done on the fields behind the campsite. Please make sure you clean up any fowling. We regret that we can not accept dogs that are on the government banned dogs list (Pit bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro). Dogs must not be left unattended, if you are planning to go out for the day please either take your dogs with you or arrange care for them at a local dog sitting service.
Children should be supervised around the park and in the Barn. Damage caused by children will be the responsibility of their parents. Children aged up to 15 years must not be left alone in the park, pods or static caravans.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the amenities block, Camping Pods, Static Caravans or Barn. Please ensure cigarettes or cigars are full extinguished and put in an ashtray or bin.
We are happy to facilitate the booking of ferry crossings. Payment for ferry tickets must be done at the time of booking. Tickets must be checked by the customer to ensure there are no mistakes. Changes to dates, times, type of vehicle or vehicle registration will be charged at a minimum of £5. If you need to cancel your ferry crossing we will attempt to get you a full refund but can not guarantee this.
We don’t knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our park who: (i) has an unspent criminal conviction; (ii) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders’ register); (iii) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (iv) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (v) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don’t disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and require that you, and the other members of your party, leave the park, without refund.
Bookings are only accepted from family parties and couples we do not accept Hen or Stag parties. Speed limit on the park is 5 MPH, please comply with it. For the comfort of all our clients we regret that generators are not permitted. Pup tents, Gazebos etc will only be permitted if space allows them to conform to fire regulations. The management will not be held responsible to any persons listed on the reservation form for any loss or damage to property or personal injury. All bookings are accepted entirely at the management’s discretion and they reserve the right to refuse or terminate the stay of person or persons creating a nuisance to others. No loud musical instruments or radios at anytime. Campers are requested to be quiet between 11.00pm & 7.00am. Where clients have been advised of their pitch the management reserves the right to reallocate alternative pitches at their discretion.
Complaints
If a customer has a complaint or issue this needs to be brought to the managements attention while the customer is still on site so that it can be dealt with effectively. Complaints made after the customer has checked out will not be entertained. Our staff will treat all customers in a polite and courteous manner, we expect our customers to behave in the same way. Customers that are rude or aggressive will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
