Pitches will only be reserved if a deposit of £25 per pitch has been paid and a confirmation given. The balance for all booked nights to be paid six weeks before arrival. Cancellations up to four weeks before arrival will be refunded all monies less a £25 administration fee. Bookings are only accepted from family parties and couples. 
Speed limit on the park is 5 MPH, please comply with it. For the comfort of all our clients we regret that generators are not permitted. Pup tents, Gazebos etc will only be permitted if space allows them to conform to fire regulations. Pitches are available from 12noon on arrival and must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 am. In the event of non-arrival on the specified date the management reserve the right to re-let the pitch the following day. All ferry alterations will incur a £5.00 administration charge. The management will not be held responsible to any persons listed on the reservation form for any loss or damage to property or personal injury. All bookings are accepted entirely at the management’s discretion and they reserve the right to refuse or terminate the stay of person or persons creating a nuisance to others. Force Majeure – Old Barn Touring shall not be held liable for non – performance of any of its obligations under this agreement if such non – performance shall occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control which shall include (but not be limited to) industrial dispute, fire, flood, riots, adverse weather conditions, civil dispute, epidemics, health risks or such similar events. No loud musical instruments or radios at anytime. Campers are requested to be quiet between 11.00pm & 7.00am. Where clients have been advised of their pitch the management reserves the right to reallocate alternative pitches at their discretion. Dogs accepted only on the condition that guests: – Ensure that dogs are exercised off site. There are ample bridle paths leading from the park. Keep dogs on a lead at all times when on site. In particular do not permit fouling around the park. If an accident happens it must be cleaned up. The dogs must not be left unattended on the park or become a nuisance to others.
