Prices shown per night – no extra charge for awnings, car, etc.
All prices include VAT at 20 % where applicable.
Opening update
Hooray!!! We Will be opening on April 12th The amenity block is undergoing works at the moment so is temporarily unavailable. The toilets in the Barn will be available and also the disabled/family toilet-shower room. The washing up and laundry are available and hopefully the rest of the amenities will be completed by the end of April. Although the toilets and washing facilities will be open to all, the showers must remain unavailable until the COVID rules are relaxed a bit more. Waste disposal facilities will be open. We are looking forward to welcoming you very soon!!! But please be aware that the COVID19 precautions must be followed for the time being.
We have been working very hard during the winter and have made a number of fantastic changes.
All of the site electrics have been upgraded and we now have 16amps on all electric pitches.
The toilet block has been decorated and updated and we also have antibacterial paint on the walls the same as is used in hospitals.
We have a 2 hard standing pitches available at a small extra charge so ask about them when you call.
We now have 2 static caravans available. They are both 2 bedroom. One sleeps 5 and the other sleeps 6. There are more details on the statics page.
We have also installed 4 camping pod’s. More details on the camping pods page Under the Facilities heading.
I will put pictures up of them later. They come with 16 amp electric and internal lights and all bedding, Sheets, pillows and mattresses and sleep up to 4 people.
Fridges are available to hire but make sure you book them, we don’t have many!
Also to help the environment we have replaced our old septic tanks with a water treatment plant.

Traveling by Road
Directions from Ryde
Take the A3055 signposted to Brading and Sandown. Continue on this road to Lake. At the traffic lights turn right towards Newport. Continue past Safeways and you will find us 500 metres up the hill on the right.
Directions from Newport
Take the A3056 signposted to Sandown. At Apse Heath go straight across the mini-roundabout. We are 500 metres on the left hand side.

Green Island is a programme aimed at developing a more sustainable, environmentally sensitive tourism industry across the Isle of Wight. All businesses who are members of the Green Island Awards Scheme and are all graded with either Gold, Silver or Bronze standards depending on their commitment to improved environmental, economic & social performance.

We are delighted to tell you that Old Barn Touring Park has been selected by Professor David Bellamy to receive a GOLD CONSERVATION AWARD. Granted only to parks which have demonstrated a sound commitment to the natural world. The David Bellamy Award is described by Professor Bellamy as the “Green Olympics” – and go only to parks which help protect and enhance the natural environment. We are particularly proud that his decision to make this award was based partly on the opinions of our holidaymakers. It was their comments about our park which helped to convince Professor Bellamy that Old Barn Touring was deserving of this conservation honour.
